This page will provide a brief overview of our SGA Sergeant of Arms.
The Sergant at Arms shall:
- Notify the student body of upcoming monthly meetings, including standing committee meetings, by posting notices on the
key bulletin boards throughout the Center to include the day, the time and the place of the meeting
- Call the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance
- Maintain order during the monthly meeting
- Set up General Membership meeting room to include the sound system, placement of chairs, tables etc., as needed and appropriate
- Be responsible for preparing, posting, and/or distributing all advertisements concerning and SGA activity and the removal
of the same
